If you are a first-time buyer wishing to enter the property market, there are a number of things we advise you do prior to carrying out viewings Has your deposit been saved? Have your mortgage advisor/lender with agreed on provisional terms. Obtain a number of quotes from your preferred Advocates and agree on one. Shortlist your favourite properties to view.
