Advice to first time buyers


The Isle of Man property market has had a very heated bubble, and there are telltales that things are cooling down a bit in this third quarter. If you are a first-time buyer wishing to enter the property market, there are a number of things we advise you do prior to carrying out viewings



  1. Has your deposit been saved?
  2. Have your mortgage advisor/lender with agreed on provisional terms.
  3. Obtain a number of quotes from your preferred Advocates and agree on one.
  4. Shortlist your favourite properties to view.
  5. Once you have found the best option that fits your criteria, offer it and don’t hesitate or you could lose out!
