Advice to first time buyers
The Isle of Man property market has had a very heated bubble, and there are telltales that things are cooling down a bit in this third quarter. If you are a first-time buyer wishing to enter the property market, there are a number of things we advise you do prior to carrying out viewings
- Has your deposit been saved?
- Have your mortgage advisor/lender with agreed on provisional terms.
- Obtain a number of quotes from your preferred Advocates and agree on one.
- Shortlist your favourite properties to view.
- Once you have found the best option that fits your criteria, offer it and don’t hesitate or you could lose out!
